Apartment conditions

Mini charts: recorded history on the selected date · shared time and temperature axes · click to expand.

How directions are calculated

Directions compare two adjacent measurements from the same instrument: the building's sensors no more than 90 minutes apart, or a resident's own sensor no more than 150 minutes apart, since it reports on change and sends a heartbeat at least every two hours. The latest must be within that same window of the selected time, or now for the newest view. Steady means zero recorded change. Missing readings and unknown or unverified measurement times suppress directions. Mini charts may include report timestamps; they do not establish a verified warming or cooling trend.

Apartment temperature history

Dots are recorded values at known observation or report timestamps. Lines only connect adjacent known records from the same instrument, no more than 90 minutes apart for the building's sensors or 150 minutes for a resident's sensor; they do not establish continuous measurements. Missing values and larger gaps break the line. Records with unknown measurement times remain in the table and are excluded from the timeline.

Approximate apartment boundaries traced from the original typical floor plan and repeated on floors 1–6. Heights and floor separation are illustrative. The basement uses the building footprint; its rooms are unknown. Colors represent each apartment's supplied reading, not room-level measurements or a simulated heat field. No readings were supplied for the basement or floors 1, 2, and 4. The map shows each apartment’s latest record within the selected date at or before the cutoff; missing observations remain gray. Street orientation confirmed by the building owner: the top of the original plan faces Caton Avenue and the bottom faces Lenox Road; both streets are drawn on the ground plane and turn with the building.
